- Lily was baptized by Ryan at our church! It was such a great day with lots of family and friends there to celebrate with us.
- We celebrated Valentine's Day with a fun new tradition of posting hearts on the girls' doors. Each says something we love about them on it.
- We had a great time bowling one afternoon. Mia even got a strike!
- Ryan and Mia went to the Daddy/Daughter Valentine's dance at our church.
- David and Jan came in town to visit.
- Our church had it's MOVE conference which is all about missions. Our Alaska partner, Matt Hoeke, came down for the conference so it was great to catch up with him and allow him some rest. Ryan went to most of the activities around this conference which he loved; they even featured a video on the Alaska trip at one point which was really neat. We both went to the Friday night dinner which featured Nik Ripken (author of The Insanity of God); that was an awesome evening of worship and hearing his story. On Saturday night, our class got together to hear from a partner serving in North Africa; he had some amazing things to tell us as well.
- Ryan and Brian went to the US Women's soccer match against Russia which was really cool.
- Ryan and I went to see Craig Ferguson at CEPAC; he was really funny! This was my main Christmas present to Ryan, so I'm glad that went well.
- Both girls have gone on field trips with their classes. Lily's class went to the Carlos Museum at Emory for a history lesson. Mia's class went to see a puppet show at the Civic Center.
- On the not so fun side of things, both girls dealt with Fifth Disease last month (which is what kept Lily from going to the Daddy/Daughter dance), and Lily is also recovering from strep throat.

It's Been Awhile
It dawned on me last night it's been about a month since I last posted anything. Time has been flying by! It's been a great, but extremely busy, month. I look forward to tax season ending and being able to update this with lots of pictures showing the fun we've had, but here's a quick rundown:
