Today marks the eight year wedding anniversary for Ryan and me. There is a part of us that feels like time has flown by, and we can't believe it has already been eight years. There is another part of us that can't believe it has only been eight years; we feel like we have known each other forever. We started dating over twelve years ago when we were freshmen at Samford. Neither of us intended to meet our perfect partner the first week of school, but we sure are glad we did. We were on our way to a pre-calculus math class. Ryan has always said the only thing he got out of that class is a wife - that's a pretty good deal if you ask me!
We have so many wonderful memories together. We have two amazing kids who make us laugh everyday. We have been so fortunate to travel to many different places together. We are now very lucky to work together at our accounting firm. We have been so blessed over these years, and we look forward to the adventure that lies before us for many more years to come.

That is wonderful! I remember when Ryan met you. I thought to myself ANOTHER ALLISON - but he was right. You were perfect for him! So happy for your both!
Happy Anniversary! I think the wife was a pretty good deal considering I got absolutely NOTHING out of that class except damage to my GPA!
