Graduation Day has arrived! The service was held at Church of the Apostles.
A few pictures with friends before the ceremonies began.
Lily with Avery.
Lily with Zaya and Addison.
These 15 kids are pretty incredible!
This church is beautiful, and the school choir sounded wonderful in it.
Brett Edwards greeted everyone as Head of School.

Nate Grote spoke on behalf of the class. Nate was the last one to join the class; he arrived in 9th grade. He spoke on how everyone welcomed him in and the deep friendships he made here. He did an excellent job of describing this class and the relationships they have with one another. It was a wonderful and emotional speech.
Tyler Proffitt was the commencement speaker. He's been a favorite teacher and advisor for many of the kids throughout both the logic and rhetoric stages. He used Jeremiah 29:4-7 to remind them to look down, look around, and look up where God plants them in the coming years. He ended with Aaron's blessing from Numbers 6:22-26.
Each student is then called on stage to receive their diploma from Mr. Edwards.
After receiving their diploma, they walk across the stage and shake Mr. Proffitt's hand before stopping for a picture.
After all students receive their diplomas, the class and their parents were called up to the stairs. Charles Hoffman on behalf of the Board led us all in prayer.
After the parents sit down, he presents the graduating Class of 2025!Lily with Mr. Proffitt; he's one of her favorite teachers. Lily with Pam Grote. Mrs. Grote was her third grade teacher. I think it's safe to say that she's one of the best at the school and is certainly beloved by all. Ryan and I have truly loved Pam, both as teacher to our girls and as a friend.
One last picture of Lily, Nate, and Avery. They did it!
We were so glad that all of the grandparents were able to join in today's celebration! What a wonderful day for our family.
We ended the celebration with lunch at Canoe afterwards.
Congratulations Lily! We are so incredibly proud of the young woman she's become, and we cannot wait to see how the Lord uses her and grows her in the years to come.
